Meet Jess

Jessica Bell’s professional journey began in a place she never could have predicted: inside a bear costume at a local radio station.

As J-Bear, the cuddly station mascot, Jess learned early how much energy, presence, and genuine connection matter. The role helped bring her out of her shell and shaped the outgoing, encouraging spirit she still brings to her work today.

That early experience became the first step in a career that would grow across client support, software training, web design, communications, social media strategy, brand messaging, operations, and senior marketing leadership. For almost two decades, Jess has helped people and organizations turn ideas into work they can understand, trust, and act on.

Jess founded QuBella in 2012 while working as a marketing coordinator and webmaster. What began as a side hustle grew quietly alongside her career. Over time, it became the throughline connecting her strategy, creativity, technical know-how, and care for helping clients feel more supported in their marketing decisions.

Through it all, Jess has held onto the belief that work can be professional, personal, and fun. She brings joy, humor, hope, and encouragement into the process, helping clients feel more at ease, more like themselves, and more open to the possibilities in front of them.

Today, QuBella reflects the full range of that journey through thoughtful strategy, creative execution, practical tools, and a commitment to making good marketing more accessible, transparent, and personal.
