Meet Jess

Jessica Bell’s marketing career has never fit neatly into one lane, and that has become one of her greatest strengths.

From websites and communications to social media strategy, brand messaging, training, operations, and senior marketing leadership, Jessica has spent more than two decades helping organizations turn ideas into work people can understand, trust, and act on.

Before founding QuBella in 2012 and growing it into a strategic marketing and creative practice, her journey included roles as Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of Marketing Operations, Director of Communications, webmaster, software trainer, and, in one of her earliest and most memorable chapters, J-Bear, the cuddly mascot for a local radio station.
